It’s an ABCD blind draw best ball

I will start registration.  As players sign up, I look up their hdcp and list them as ABCD. As more sign up, I even it out as we continue to get players.  So if too many D players are signing up then the lowest hdcp D players will be moved to C and so on until registration closes and we have an equal number of ABCD players based on hdcp.  I will then put all the A players in a cup, B players in a cup etc and then draw one from each cup and that will be Team #1 and then continue that process.
